The Jury Is Still Out on this App

Seemingly a nice app, but I find it "sensitive.". It will all of a sudden jump back to its start screen. Too, when I delete all pins, lets say in Colorado, and then it jumps to my present location near New Orleans. This should not be. If you delete all pins, the map needs to stay put where you have been studying the terrain. Right now I can only give it a 2.
